SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Return & Exchange Policy

Than you for your purchase.  We hope you are happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a store credit or exchange.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

To return an item, please email customer service at treasuredbliss5@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number (RMA).  After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your returned to the following address:

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.  We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your store credit or exchange.  

​

Print transfers and custom items cannot be returned.  All sales are final on discounted items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
